Abuse Policy

Important Notice Regarding Legal Entities of Simplifies Group

At Simplifies Group, we take abuse reports seriously and are committed to investigating any violations brought to our attention. If you find content or behavior associated with Simplifies Group that you believe violates our Terms of Service or policies, you may report it by emailing us at abuse@simplifiesgroup.com.

After submitting a report, we will investigate and take appropriate action. We may contact you if additional details are required or if we have further information to share. Please note that we may close the report without further communication if we determine the reported instance does not constitute a violation.


Types of abuse


We classify abuse into the following categories:


1. Spam, Malware, and Phishing


Use of our services to transmit spam, malware, phishing attempts, message chains, or mass unsolicited emails is strictly prohibited. For example, an email requesting credit card details in exchange for a prize constitutes phishing and will be treated as a violation.


2. Hate Speech, Violence, or Illegal Activity


Publishing or transmitting content that is:

  • Illegal, hateful, racist, or discriminatory, or

  • Defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or violating the privacy or legal rights of others,
    is explicitly prohibited.


3. Sexually Explicit Material


We do not authorize the publication, transmission, or storage of sexually explicit materials using our systems or services.


4. Child Exploitation


We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward content that exploits or endangers children. Any Simplifies Group employee or independent contractor found engaging in such behavior will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.


5. Personal and Confidential Information 


Using our platforms to publish confidential or personal information—such as full names, phone numbers, social security numbers, credit card or banking information—without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.


6. Copyright Infringement


Copying or reproducing copyrighted material without proper authorization is a violation of intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly through our services, please let us know and we will take appropriate action.


7. Other Violations


If you encounter any abuse not covered by the categories above, you may still report it via abuse@simplifiesgroup.com. Please provide a clear description of the violation so we can evaluate the situation appropriately.


Investigation and Enforcement


All reports are reviewed in accordance with our internal policies. If a violation is confirmed, Simplifies Group may take any of the following actions:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts or access

  • Notify relevant authorities

  • Block or remove infringing content

  • Terminate contracts where applicable

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We encourage users to check this page regularly for any updates.
