Important Notice Regarding Legal Entities of Simplifies Group For the sake of clarity and transparency, the terms and conditions contained in this document apply to Simplifies Group as a whole. Simplifies Group does not tolerate spam and distances itself from actions related to unwanted emails. Simplifies Group does not participate in the sending of unwanted emails and does everything in its power to protect its customers from the harmful effects of spam, including informing the responsible authorities.
Sending commercial information from Simplifies Group
Only our registered users who have given their explicit prior consent will receive commercial information from Simplifies Group. These users can unsubscribe from newsletters via a link that will always be provided in such emails.
In compliance with Colombian regulations, all commercial emails sent by Simplifies Group will include a clear and easy option for recipients to unsubscribe from future communications. Additionally, explicit prior consent from users will be obtained before sending any commercial communication, unless it involves a contractual relationship or a previous request from the user, as stipulated by Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED SPAM?
Manipulation of messages, such as email headers, sent through computer systems or intended to deceive the recipient. Email forwarding from a third party’s servers without that third party’s authorization.
Sending, reinstalling, or causing false, misleading information to be sent or otherwise acting against Simplifies Group’s commercial interests.
Using or causing Simplifies Group’s computer systems to be used to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional material, URLs, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that the perpetrator may upload, post, send, or transmit.
Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue by placing messages in rapid succession or acting in a manner that negatively affects the ability of other users to engage in real-time exchanges.
CONSEQUENCES OF SPAM
Sending spam through Simplifies Group’s applications to our clients is a violation of the website’s Terms and Conditions, and violating those terms may result in legal action against the perpetrator and the termination, without prior notice, of their services and/or everything related to our company. Simplifies Group is not responsible for any possible loss that may result to the perpetrator as a result of such termination.
