Important Notice Regarding Legal Entities of Simplifies Group

Commitment Against Spam


Simplifies Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy against spam. We do not participate in nor condone the sending of unsolicited emails, and we take proactive measures to protect our users and infrastructure from the harmful effects of spam, including notifying relevant authorities when necessary.


Commercial Communications from Simplifies Group


Only users who have explicitly provided prior consent will receive commercial communications from Simplifies Group. These communications may include updates, promotions, and newsletters. Every message sent includes a clear and accessible unsubscribe link for users to opt out at any time.


In compliance with Colombian regulations (Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013), as well as other applicable local laws, we ensure:


  • Prior consent is obtained before sending any commercial emails (except when there is a pre-existing contractual relationship or user request).

  • All commercial emails include a simple and visible unsubscribe option.

What Is Considered Spam? 


The following activities are strictly prohibited and considered spam under our policy:


  • Manipulation of email headers or metadata to mislead recipients.

  • Forwarding emails through third-party servers without authorization.

  • Sending false or misleading information that harms the commercial or legal interests of Simplifies Group or its affiliates.

  • Using our systems to distribute unsolicited promotional material, links, URLs, or unauthorized solicitations.

  • Disrupting normal system operations or user interactions through excessive messaging or flooding.


Consequences of Violating the Anti-Spam Policy


Violations of this policy constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in:


  • Immediate termination of services without prior notice

  • Legal action against the sender

  • Permanent ban from using Simplifies Group’s applications and platforms


Simplifies Group is not liable for any losses incurred by the violator as a result of account or service termination.
